Dear Present & Future Extreme Goers

As a City College of New York non-profit student organization, Extreme Goers seeks to provide inner city students with an opportunity to experience the world beyond New York City. For many individuals attending public institutions such as City College, the chance to explore and participate in outdoor group events are limited. As a result Extreme Goers hopes to complete and enhance your college life by providing a medium for you to express yourselves through the many facets of Extreme Sports.

Whether it is Skiing or Snowboarding, Whitewater Rafting or Bungee Jumping, Skydiving or Archery or any of the other various extreme sports that may appeal to you, we guarantee you will not leave this organization without having experienced a greater adrenaline rush other than maybe receiving a 100 on an Organic Chemistry Exam! We aspire that you will look beyond the A, B, C, D or the 1 train for a single day and imagine the possibilities that lay just beyond the outskirts of this great City.

Extreme Goers is an open organization that is open to all individuals’ affiliated and not affiliated with City College. It is an excellent place to meet and get acquainted with your fellow peers. Extreme Goers wants its members to take an active role in their community, and as an organization we wish to make the process as enjoyable as possible.
